Homecoming Game 2026

Kick, catch, run, touchdown. That is exactly how the homecoming game against Unity started on Friday, September 11. Many hours go into homecoming, but the heart of homecoming is the game. Sweat and maybe even some tears go into the game. All the hard work from a multitude of people around town contributes to what homecoming is about. Homecoming week is an event that many people often look forward to in Brown County. Everyone knew that the homecoming game this year was going to be very easy, and some may say boring. However, that is what in some aspects grew our town together and bonded us. The football team blew the Mustangs out of the water with a 63-0 score. Each touchdown erupted laughter throughout the stands. At many football games, people would cheer as loudly as possible, to the point where everyone’s ears are ringing from others adjacent to them. This one was different, though. This was the game where the town could have fun and laugh about the football team getting more and more touchdowns. All the hours of dedication and hard work have finally paid off, and the true meaning of homecoming week came out at last. Brown County is finally together again, enjoying each other's presence at the end of Homecoming 2026. People in the stands, cheerleaders and football players, coaches and kids that look up to them, the referees and the players, and most importantly, the town as a whole.
